YOGA RETREAT 2022
    FAIROAK FARM
10th OCT - 13th OCT

October 2022 will not be like any other year for you if you join us on this yoga retreat from the 10th to the 13th of October

Yoga retreats are an opportunity for you to step out of your daily lives and recharge your batteries to step back into your routine feeling rejuvinated and energised. I am sure you have read this before that retreats help you pause and realign your objectives and gaols to lead a more fulfilled life.

But this three day retreat has a twist. Yes, your backdrop will be quintessential English countryside cottages. But, the spirit will be of spiritual India. Being born and brought up in India, I often find that yoga practice around the globe is restricted to physical poses with a lot of focus on alignment, muscle groups, bone structure,

But what about beyond the physical? Hence, me and my fellow yogini, Nimmi Saraf have designed this retreat where we will create a yogic vibe, not just through the poses but through chants and mantras, discussions of yogic texts, chakras (energy channels), application of yoga theory in our daily lives.

Be prepared to feel the spirituality of Rishikesh, the holy powers of Varanasi, the magical touch of Mysore throughout the three days.

And the best part - we will be bringing to your plates a taste of Sattvic Bhog - food of the yogis. This will be in addition to the delicious meals cooked by a local chef on site.

We will endeavour to introduce you to one element of yogic food either for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
