Workplace

Classes

If you are looking to increase productivity of your employees

or simply help them release stress or correct postural aches/pains then ‘yoga at workplace’ has become a popular choice.

I am currently teaching 2 group classes

at the Tavistock and Portman Centre which is a not-for-profit, public benefit corporation. As the classes are after work hours, the group sessions are focused on correcting postural misalignment due to desk based roles, relieving stress through breathing techniques and yoga asana (poses)

“I began attending Sweta’s yoga classes in October and am enjoying the challenge. I attended yoga classes many years ago but am really just a beginner. Sweta is a great teacher, always taking the time to make sure everyone can follow what is being shown, and can tailor some positions for those of us not so supple! Thank you.”

“Sweta's intimate Yoga classes provide the perfect Monday post-work outlet to relax and ease myself into the week ahead. Sweta's manner is caring and considerate making it comfortable if not used to Yoga.”

"Sweta is very skilled in tailoring the classes to suit a variety of levels which has resulted in me feeling challenged but also well supported. My technique has improved and I've also found that mentally and emotionally the classes provide a very nurturing and grounding space at the end of a hard working day, which I have found incredibly valuable. I've recommended the classes enthusiastically to my colleagues."
